Well, I planned on growing just 2 plants in a closet. I know how to do pretty much everything except how to chose what lights to use..Im used to growin outdoors. Whats the best setup i can do for two plants under $50? I was thinkin a couple Flouros and just keep them close to the plants..Any information or help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
PS- Any other info yall wanna give me from experience is cool too!

yeah, a couple flourescentz would work. make sure ya dont put em too close to the plantz tho cuz it will burn the leaves. rotate the lights a couple times a day and as they get bigger u might wanna rotate them more making sure the entire plant gets equal lighting as the light frum a few flour. is nowhere near as strong as the suns. you also want to think about insulating your closet a bit. if there small id put em in a fair sized box and have it foiled and sealed up wit the lights inside there. i cood go on fer hourz so i'll let sum other ppl make suggestionz. hope i helped.

Cool, thanks bro! I heard from someone that the two flouro tubes i have wouldnt be enough to produce quality buds. So what im gonna do to make sure my plants get enough light is buy a 4 pack of spiral flouros, put two above each plant, then put the tubes vertical on the sides of the plants as they get bigger..Thanks for yur reply dude!
PS- I know about the box idea, but i had a better one. Since the house is usually pretty warm i had planned on just linning the walls of the closet with foil(shiny side up!) and it should be great.
PSS- I plan on using a method i grow with outdoors called SCROG. Im gonna get chicken wire fencing and place it over top of the plants once they get about 6-7'' tall. Then as they start growin up through it i will top it. Then ill begin to weave the branches through the chicken wire and top each of the branches...Usually produces a much higher yield..

I just got the Cannabis Grow Bible the other day and I have been reading a lot lately. It actually said that using aluminum foil as reflectors in your grow room is a bad idea. Not only will it cause heat to build up, but it said that actually walls painted white would actually reflect the light off better than foil.

Ive heard that too...I wonder why that is? Maybe the foil acts almost as glass does and actually absorbes certain light that the plants need? Maybe ill just leave the walls as they are....Thanks for reminding me about that dude..

hey guys.. yeah tin foil works fine... but put it dull side out.. if you use the shiny out you stand a good chance of getting hot spots.. and might burn your plants.. painting your walls white is even better. dont forget to do the foor as well!

im using energy saving lightbulbs, the ones that plug into normal holders, 7 of them at a couple quid a peice, get the bits from wilko's, b and q etc, works great, started on tin foil but read that this was bad idea so instead ive just glossed all my walls white instead
a fan is good, helops build up some streangth in the plants
plants are growing at about an 1/2 - 1inch a day in veg at the moment and currently standing at a mighty 11 inches after about 5 weeks
oh this is my first time too, the other thing i read is if your only pklanning on growing 2 plants remember 1/2 your seeds will be female so 1/2 will also be male (unless you spunk out on expensive fem seeds wich arnt really worth it for the first time) a better bet is to grow 3, gives you a much higher chance of hitting a femal, just get your males composted as fast as pos

i read up on that reflective insulation you were wondering about and found out that it is 99% polished aluminum and is reflective to reflect radiant heat, i imagine being aluminum it still reflects 70-75%
