Anyone else ever throw up when they smoke?

I throw up somewhat often when I smoke. Not from the weed, from the coughing. Whenever I take a big hit and I'm thrown into a coughing fit, my brain sends this message to my stomach that says "regurgitate", then I puke a little then I'm fine. My friends are all pretty used to it, and don't get freaked out anymore. This happen to anyone else?

never. you are prolly inhaling WAY much more than you can handle so you end up swallowing smoke. that doesnt settle well with your tummy. take smaller more frequent hits rather than gulping bit ones. just take it easy and drink a little water to settle things

when i took my first rocket (from a 3 litre bottle) i spewed my guts up and lay on a wall for about an hour on my way home but havent whitied since and that was a good few years ago, but when u whitey u know that u r as stoned as ur gonna get and i would give anything for that feeling again

My best friend used to puke after smoking, I don't think it was from coughing though..take smaller hits and don't hold them in for too long (thc doesn't "Soak in" contrary to popular belief)

I don't think it's too unusual. My roommate in college has thrown up about a dozen times. He described it pretty much the same way you did. When he takes a really big hit, he'll immediately cough and throw up, but after that he's completely fine. I'm not sure why it happens, but I guess some people are just like that.

ive only twice chucked while smoking pot...ever, once bacause i had countless cones with hydro, while drinking goon, the other time i simply smoked more than my body could handle. usually when u start coffing, its common sence to stop and have a break for a while. or just dont pull a full cone.
