yo, i got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out today,, it started at 6, when i woke up and hit the bowl and at 845 thay started the laughing gas, now that shit was making me halucinate all kinds of shit and the next thing i knew was i was in a white room with blood all over my clothes and the doctor said they had troubkle getting one of the teeth out and had to cut it in to several peices,,,,that was at 9 and it is three now and the whole left side of my face is dead numb and so are my lips and tongue,,, i know the horrible pain im feeling is normal but is it normal to be numb on y facer hours after surgery??

and is it ok to smoke weed? he told me not until 3 days but im sure it will help with the pain so is it ok?

smoking it may slow down the healing a bit, though not by much, vaping or eating would be preferrable.

They should give you pain killers and with them you probably won't want to smoke but I suppose you could after the 1st or 2nd day but wait as long as you can.

The reason they tell you not to smoke weed or anything else is because of the suction created when you pull on the pipe or bowl or cig. It can cause the little "scabs" in the now empty sockets to pop out which can lead to something called dry sockets and from what I hear, it hurts a whole lot more than the actual surgery since the nerve will be exposed to the air.

That sound about right Krons. I usually get a double shot of novacaine whenever they work on me and it lasts for at least 3-5 hours. start eating advil or whatever painkillers they gave you before it wears off.

yep, happened to a friend of mine. eat some firecrackers instead. The high is better for pain and will last a lot longer.

hydrocodone , 100 mg's i think , im fucked up soo bad from them,,, and thanks everybody for replying, i havent smoked,, i think ima smoke weed tomorow if the gashes in the back of my mouth are kinda healed,,
the numbness hasnt gone away in the left side of my face yet, i feel it getting warm, i just hope he didnt hurt a nerve in my jaw

they tell you not to smoke because sometimes the medicine they use can mix with drugs and cause problems and sometimes death

I can tell you they won't be 'kinda healed' by tomorrow. If you absolutley have to smoke get someone to give you a few shotguns. Maybe that would not create as much suction. I still wouldn't recommend it though.

Which reminds me, the dentist wants me to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I think I will let them come in if I can stand it. Two left.
