i have to repot so im repotting into a bucket well my dad has a bag of top soil if i mix it with sand and the dirt around us in a 50/50 will that be ok i do use fertilizer,

howabout spending the 3 bucks and buying a bag of soil. You will be better off because who knows what is living inside the dirt around your place. COuld be filled with spider mites or something else harmful.

if yer growing out side yer gonna get insects, no matter what yer soil, I use one bag of potting soil no name brand, a wheel barrow load of pig and horse shit and worm castings mixed with compost all into 3 foot deep holes includeing a 3 foot diameter, voila watch em grow with out chemicle ferts, thats why i do anyways, mites and such i use a spray made from Pyrethrins that takes care of most insects.
