If you'd list the setup we can get a better idea of what's going on? Is this indoor, outdoor, what method, ferts, pot size, lighting, etc? I wanted to know how old they were, because you posted "ive just started to grow my seeds".

yes i know they r plants now about 2foot high ,out doors they were in 6inch pots they were getting 12hours light,12hours dark, being fed with tommy rite.
So what am i doing wrong?
Should i have put them in bigger pots as i think it maybe that ,im not really sure.
Your help is very grateful.
thanxs

Oooh, they are in 6 inch pots and are 2 feet high!!? Wow, that is a small pot size for such a large plant. I don't know if this would stop the buds from forming, but it sure might. Has the plant grown at all since it reached the 2 foot mark. If it hasn't, then you are probably right and that is most likely your problem. The growth has stopped because there is no more room for root development.

Sawleaf is a reference to the jagged blades of the cannabis leaf. I am actually not a expert grower, I have had great sucess before though. As long as you learn about cannabis and it's cultivation, you should have great harvests. I think by far the most important thing is the initial planning and prep stage. If this is done well, then it will eliminate 99% of the problems most grower post about. Good luck, hopefully the plant will start rooting into the new soil soon. :)

If your plant is outside it will bud when it is ready usualy between august and september. the small pots would stunt growth but should not effect when the plant buds.

There probably is light getting to the plants at night or they are a variety with alot of sativa that will start to flower when IT feels like it.
