okay im just really high and curious so why not ask, well pretty much what im asking is that for the residents of amsterdam that are under 18 is it hard for them to get weed? like are there alot of dealers outside of the coffee shops , or do the underage people get ahold of it the same way we do alcohol in the U.S.( get someone older to buy it for you) yeah well i just wanted to know that for no reason really
