Do any of you know of any exercises to help increase lung strength/volume? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i take deep deep breaths of fresh air, hoping to make them big again lol. doesnt work. join your schools running team or track team. i do it. keep me slim, my lungs healthy, and i can take bigger hits then my friends

play footbag aka hackysack!!...if you get into freestyle footbag or net footbag both are great sources of cardio and will keep you healthy. I blaze everyday, and because i play footbag i stay in great shape and i have entirely lost my gut! :D It is just overall fantastic and i highly reccomend it to anyone. Because of footbag i have alot of stamina and i can run for a good amt. of time before becoming winded. this is just my advice though, do whatever makes you happy :rasta:

Swim under water for as long as you can. I'm assuming that eventually you'll be able to stay under for a long time.

I'm not sure what it's called, maybe freediving. But you get those people who go really deep in the ocean with no scuba gear. Anyway the lady who is the world record holder for depth has acutually increased her lung size and strengh so if you start jumping off of boats and staying 100ft underwater you'll have good lungs...but you may also die.

thats your lungs dying, no way to make it better. its called stop smoking or get a vape.

wow this thread just made me realize why im always coughing my ass off after a big hit. i dont do any exercise at all. well i do situps,pushups, and lift weights, but thats not gonna help my lungs right.

nope, you need to do some cardio like running, swimming, stuff like that
