I dont know a specific link but you could always anonymously contact the DA office, or you could go by news stories which basically point out that BC is the most "liberal' province when it comes to lax cannabis law's including cultivation just keep it below 10 or the RCMP will bitch thats its more than personal. Under that most judges give you time served and some community service. If its first offence total slap on the wrist...This is why im kind of worried about the soon to be decrim in Canada , apparently there going to increase penalties for growing(but I believe 3 plants or under will still just be a fine after decrim, but for a really good grow you usually need 4 plants min "of course thats just my opinion" , one mother, 3 for a scrog)

Thats the first time ive ever seen erowid being wrong. I love it when people claim "high grade cannabis" comes out of BC like somehow growing it in that specific province makes it more potent....That little "blurb" he has is almost right off an RCMP website (who are proven liars when it comes to anything to do with drugs ie: claiming high potency "bc bud") that peeves me off because ive had cops tell me its bad if it comes from BC because its so potent ....I guess they don't bother to look up facts either (much like either the USA or Canadian governments)
