??Losing My Transmission? is the saga following the travels and travails of one Terry Johnson, a student at the University of Georgia who simultaneously feels naïve and past his prime in life experience. Most importantly to him he feels he has unwittingly bungled more than one prime opportunity to reap the benefits of a long-term relationship with a worthy counterpart, most notably Betsy Sherman, but all for naught due to his sexual avarice and impatience. Embarking on a cross country road trip with a fraternity brother and that guy??s friend, Terry goes for the chance to experience the trip as well as to get away from the recent crumbing of his personal life back in Athens: break-ups, kicked-outs, and more. Unfortunately the trip becomes an ??out of the frying pan and into the fire? episode in more ways than one, in a very ironic sense, but it is not without Terry??s discovery of the condition he pseudo-ironically calls ??Losing My Transmission?.
