free will is a law, in fact, the law.

humans use free will to create a code of laws with which to use to suppress the free will of humans.

Because today's world is fucked up, no one thinks rationally anymore, it's all about the money and how others can help you, not you help them, or let them do what they please.
Ruling people is more interesting and fun than letting them get on with what they want to do.
