Which one do u choose? The answer may seem simple but there are good arguments in both sides. I tend to think decriminalizing would be better

There should be no restrictions whatsoever on people's ability to grow or smoke a plant. Especially a plant with so many hundreds of uses as hemp — medicine, paper, rope, food, fabric, recreation, etc. To just decriminalize is to concede that there is something "wrong" or "inferior" about this plant compared to fully legal plants, which of course there isn't. Of course ideally there would be no government to oppress plants or people in the first place, but as long as there are pigs around I want them to keep their dirty hooves off my sack.

i totally agree, but if they legalize it will still be illegal to sell weed. so nothing will change, except you will pay lotsa $$$ coz of taxes and shit just like tobacco

If it were legalized, I'd just grow my own. I think a lot of tokers would. In fact, I think what we could do is start a "grass"roots movement where certain members of each community grow a lot of weed, way more than they would smoke on their own, and distribute it freely among the community. It would be a real easy and cheap operation if there were no anti-marijuana laws, and I bet you'd be surprised at how many volunteers there would be for such a project. We could get around the government and the corporations by growing our weed locally with volunteer labor and distributing it for free to every man and woman who desires it.
