First off urine is probably one of the worst things to add to any plant. One it is full of salts, so it will pull water out of your roots and more into the soil, which will cause problems. Two, I dont know if ammonia is good for plants or not, but it isnt in your urine. Your body creates ammonia, but then the liver creates urea out of 2 ammonia molecules and a carbon dioxide molecule because ammonia is extremely toxic and your body doesnt want that shit around. So your urine has a modified ammonia molecule in it, so pretty much your urine had nothing of value for your plants.

Actually, you can use urine diluted in 10 parts water as a quick way to give your plants a shot of nitrogen fertilizer. There are nitrates in your urine. Pure urine is definately bad though! :)
