Will these fluoros work?

Has anyone used these fluoros before? I don't have a ton of cash to spend on HPS lights, so I am gonna attempt to use these GE brand fluoros that aren't too expensive. Housing and bulb costs me just over $20. I might consider adding another set depending on how my plants are reacting to it. I will begin germination tonight and post later on how my plants are reacting to them. These lights are suppose to let off a wide spectrum of colors which sounds pretty good considering that plants absorb most red and some blue light.

How many of the lights do you have, 2-3 of them will be good for veg but for flowering mate you really need a hps or MH. Als the results with a HPS or MH will be alot better. Its worth the money buy the lights cheap from ebay.co.uk.
