so I take it that you are dripping?
funny thing...when you research you find that plants can wilt from overwatering/underwatering, and that kinda makes you scratch your head! lol
watering 15 min out of every 4 seems light, but if plant perks up when light are on and droop otherwise...that seems like overwater...
what size rockwool are you using?
On another note; The only time that my palnts droop is from lack of nutes/oxygen, so that would make you think of overwater...you know Z will clear this up when he comes around, but I would like to help if i can, until we get further confirmation...and pix would help greatly...I know how you feel when your babies don't look so good...

Mine used to do the same thing... what's your watering schedule at night? Make it a minimum at night. Also, do you have an air stone in your reservoir? If not, you should definitly add one. That's what perked mine up. Do they look like these at night??? Pics would help. Hope they get better.

Yes, but they're not supposed to.
Do you have an air stone in your reservoir? What is the temp at night? Slow the watering at night. If you do it 3 or 4 times a night... try just once or twice... but keep the water flowing as you have been if they look good during the day. The plants can't process all the water they are receiving without the light during the dark periods.

you might even cut back on the last watering one before lights out...to let the plants use up more of the moisture they accumulated through the day...

you might even cut back on the last watering before lights out...to let the moisture accumulated in the rockwool evaporate better before lights out(you see, this is the problem with the big rockwool blocks, they hold moisture too long in a ebb and flow system,) Imho and that is why I grow inhydroton only, clones go right into hydroton in netpots...matter of fact, my local hydro dealer grows veggies in flood and drain in the store and he has plants in netpots filled with hydroton buried in a sea of hydroton...I mispoke here...so I edited the quote, to say what I meant the 1st time...
I thought of another reason for chronic droopiness...Humidity! What is the humidity in your room? That could be your problem, period...with rockwool blocks holding all that moisture...think about it...back later.lw
