i have to do 4 major art pieces with the same theme. i chose india since i went there this summer and it was pretty great. so for each major we have to either draw, paint, make a sculpture or make an entaglio print. for my sculpture, i want to make a bong, but kind of make it look like an indian looking vase. its going to be made out of clay.

SO my question is, once its fired up in the kiln, glazed with paint, and fired up again, would it be safe to smoke from?

There are two things you need to worry about. #1 a glaze will be safe only if it is not lead based. #2 make the vase, but not the hole for the bowl. Your art teacher will smash that shit. Just make that area really thin and easy to drill out the hole when your done

oh ive got it planned out perfectly. i even showed my rough drafts on paper to her, she loved it. and theres is nooo way she would suspect me using it for anything other than to put peacock feathers in.
