I made a pipe and was wondering about the effects of brass. the pipe is like this.

____
[ ] < 1 1/4 (approx) inch socket
I I
I I< Brass tube (from a 6mm bb gun)
I I

thick plastic
the brass doesnt stick out into the bowl, but when i suck the flame in it hits brass (even if the bowl is packed) cause the brass is a bit burnt. but anyway... can the fumes hurt me? also... i cut circles out of window screens to use as screens, are these bad for me (old flexy style screens, not patch-up hard kits)

copper is bad, but i think brass is okay. and window screens aren't metal so no, theyre not ok

go into your kitchen and unscrew the screen in the sink faucet

i actually found a screen patch up kit that will work fine... also its large enough that i can fold it over the nugs to keep em secure. its hard aluminum or steel.
