My friend just got on medication for ADHD and he says it is called something along the lines of Amedidate. We couldn't find it online but my question is anyone ever hear of this before and can he drink on it? I know it says don't but what doesn't lol. He'll just get drunk quicker right?

Tell him to drink in moderation and slower, which I doubt he'll do anyways. Drinking on any kind of medication can increase the effects. Be careful, cause if he's not, he could di...e.

No it's Metadate. We called our local hospital and pharmacy. It's cool. O and f.y.i. Amtriptyline is not for bedwetting....it's purely an anti-depressant.

Hello theere Cannabliss. I was prescribed this medication. It's named Amitriptyline HCL. It's origanal use was meant to be a anti-depressant but after hitting the market did not do so well for that purpose. However people with persistant pain said it took their discomfort away. So now it is considered a Quasi-Narcotic. It's not really narctic but it feels like one when used in excess of 20mg. The standard pill is 10mg. I will warn you that this drug makes you very tired. I remember my first experience with it. It's a type of tiredness that you can't fight off. I used to be a pharmacy technician so if you have any other questions shoot. :)
