Looking nice and healthy! How often are you feeding them water with nutes?

i dont know this is my first grow so i dont know how much to expect.

They look very stretched out. In one of those first pics, with the shop light above it, the bottom fan leaves aren't illuminated at all. Since this is your first grow I think you will learn a lot from it. I'll be interested to see them a little later into flowering. My only advise is to get a HID light. They dont cost THAT much and your yields will increase dramatically.

Good luck

Yes they do give off quite a bit of heat. The ballast gives heat off too. I dont know what your ventilation set up is now, but, you could always invest in some better intake and exhaust fans. You can also by an air cooled reflector. The dryer duct hose goes directly into the hood thats housing the light. That way it removes a lot of the heat before it ever gets into the garden. I am growing in a closet 2' deep by 4' width and I have a 400 HPS bulb in there. My fans take out the heat rather quickly.
Let me know what ventilation set up you have.

Your plants look perfectly fine to me. The only reason I could find that their stretching is because they look very early in flowering...that is completly normal for the plant to stretch during the first 2-3weeks of flowering, they look great!

Try and get a few 25W CFL's to light up those bottom budsites. Leabing those in the dark and you might be wasting precious bud growth. Other than that, keep up the nice work
