Bush Illegal Immigration "Tough Talk": Smoke and Mirrors

With President Bush "talking tough on immigration" (http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/11/28/bush.immigration/) and strutting around border towns last week bleating on about how securing the borders is key to Homeland security, you have to ask the question why are his policies on illegal immigration all geared towards allowing more of it?
The president's "new" proposal would allow the 11 million undocumented workers in the United States to be certified as "guest workers" for a certain period of time, reportedly up to six years, after paying a penalty and then be forced to return to their home country, where they may apply for legal U.S. residency.
The House could vote as early as next week on several border security bills.
However, the plan is completely devoid of any incentives for illegal immigrants to emerge from the shadows or for businesses to employ a legal workforce. The only incentive built into Bush's proposal is for politicians from both parties eager to please Hispanic voters, who now comprise the nation's largest "minority".
Illegal immigrants will likely rather risk being caught by immigration than to pay $1,000 for a three- to six-year work visa that doesn't promise legal residency.
Just how exactly does Bush plan to enforce any of this?
Furthermore Bush's "new version" of immigration reform is exactly the same as his previous versions of reform, it equates to implementing the long term Neo-Con plan for total amnesty for illegal aliens in the US. A November Gallup poll (http://news.webindia123.com/news/showdetails.asp?id=183603&cat=World) showed 26 percent of U.S. residents asked approved of the way Bush is handling immigration, while 65 percent disapproved.
Bush has justified the "guest worker" status proposal by stating that illegal immigrants are important in order "to fill jobs that Americans will not do."
If this is the case then why are over 5% of US citizens unemployed? Do they ALL refuse to take low paid jobs?
According to the research of Dr Douglas S. "Undocumented migrants continue to come to the United States, rates of apprehension are at all-time lows, and migrants are settling in the United States at higher rates than ever before. Rather than declining in number during the 1990s, the resident population of undocumented migrants grew at an unprecedented rate, causing Hispanics to overtake African Americans as the nationā??s largest minority far earlier than Census Bureau demographers had predicted." They said treatment of illegal immigrants imposed a huge financial burden on many hospitals, which are required to provide emergency care to patients who need it, regardless of their immigration status or ability to pay. The administration had previously abandoned a proposal that would have required many hospitals to ask patients if they were U.S. citizens or legal immigrants.
The Immigration debate has divided much of the nation into groups that believe either that illegal immigrants steal jobs and strain social services, or groups that contend nonresidents are valuable for taking on gritty, low-paying menial work. The truth is that both these things are true.

We are talking about an advanced empire state with a class based multicultural chowder bowl for a population, something has to give somewhere. The Soviet Union and The former Yugoslavia are telling examples of what happens when many cultures are played off against one another and asked to coexist within one country. Most recently this cultural phenomenon has been evident in France which seems to be on the same track of self-destruction with its massive non-assimilating 2nd generation Muslim population.
This cultural rift is already overwhelmingly evident in the US. To shut down illegal immigration and strengthen the borders would go some way to prevent such lucrative activities, therefore it's a government no-no.

The globalist cabal's meal ticket towards raping an entire continent of its resources and sovereign capabilities.
