Just have one quick question.
Does one have to be 18+ years old to buy nicorete patches at say CVS? I know there is no drug in it, but I have always thought you needed to be 18. I need to get some for a friend. Thanks.

There shouldnt be an age requirement but I know that they are usually locked in a case, so you need someone to take them out for you. Also there is nicotine in those patches so yes there ARE drugs in them. I think there might be some without nicotine in them but if its just imitation nicotine then how much better for your body can it be?

I don't know, someone in my college class went to a stop smoking clinic and he got a nicotine inhaler, he's 16. I tried the inhaler, 3 huge drags and my throat was stinging like a bitch for a few hours :p
I think you may have to be 16 (legal smoking here) to get them, or if under 16, you have to get parent/guardian's permission.

I doubt it's legal since kids would probably be buying loads of them instead of cigarettes if it was legal.

Nicorettes are gum.
Patches you wear on your arm. And they fall under the same guidelines as cigarettes in your area. Some even need a doctors script.
