You can buy a test kit, other than that I just eat em up & see how I feel in 45 minutes, not had a bad one to date. As long as you know and trust your dealer, its usually all good. My dealer does the same pills & always tells me if they are good or weak.

I really don't recommend trial and error as a logical way of testing ecstasy tablets with a completely unknown content. You don't even seem to have anecdotal reports from a dealer or friend who might have done them.
All hope is not lost if you don't have or can't afford a testing kit. This website www.ecstasydata.org has ecstasy tablet testing results from people who sent in pills with a co-pay. Perhaps someone in your location sent in a pill of that batch.
You could also try www.pillreports.com for world-wide reports of ecstasy tablets with ratings and possibly results from somebody with a testing kit.
Neither of these websites can definitively identify a tablet as containing MDMA because way too many pills are pressed by different suppliers. Lets say you had some blue dolphins, ecstasydata.org may list some blue dolphins as containing MDMA but that doesn't mean you have the same batch as the one's they tested. In any case it is better than taking a complete stab in the dark.

Dehydation, hyponatremia , hyperthermia, trisma and bruxia are probably the most common problems. So keep yourself hydrated with drinks containing electrolytes (Gatorade for example) but don't drink too much. Hyperthermia is over-heating and this shouldn't be a problem unless you're too physically active (ie: dancing for long periods of time) or in an overly heated room or environment. Trisma and bruxia is jaw tension and grinding which is uncomfortable and if severe could wear down your teeth. Magnesium and calcium may help reduce this side effect, taking a complete vitamin supplement in any case certainly wouldn't hurt. Having gum, a tooth pick or other object to chew on also helps. As does placing the tip of your tongue between your teeth (you wont bite yourself).
Nystagmus or involuntary eye movement may also occur at higher doses, this can cause double vision or make everything look like you are under water but is actually pretty cool.
There is a very low risk of severe negative reactions if the pills do in fact contain MDMA. Some pills also contain other MDxx chemicals which are similar to MDMA in chemical structure and effect but not exactly like it.

Again there is no telling what is in the tablets you have, here (http://www.dancesafe.org/documents/druginfo/pilltesting.php) is a briefing on the most common adulterants.

I aint too sure about it. Most of my mates pop em every weekend, but I abstain. I have only had coke twice, wasnt particulary fussed with it. I admit I have considered doing it, but the Leah Betts case has put me right off. She died 10 yr ago on it, just the one.

me too cambam, I remember when I took my 1st pill - I was thinking 'what if I die now?' but its just shit put into your head by people who dont want you to take it and have a great time.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I would never try crack or anything, so maybe I too have been brainwashed but everyone has their limits and threshold and nobody should force anyone into trying something if they dont want to.
I guess you just gotta listem to yourself and what might be ok for you, might not be ok for the next person.

In my opinion though, E is quite safe if you do it right. Its so hard to describe the amazingness of it unless you have tried it.

I never flamed you. Sorry, if I somehow did unknowingly. Addiction isn't a factor either... it all comes down to willpower. If you have a strong desire to repeat the experience it's only because it was so wonderful. You take a break and then you can do it again another time. Quite simple really, though this concept is lost on a lot of people.

WRONG. the active ingreedent is mdma, a natural chemical found in some plants. The Street X is also cut with evrything from coke, and meth, to heroin and caffine. when someone takes it, the mdma squeeses the seritonin out of the brain, making you feel awsome. if you looked at the brain in a cat scan you would see a hole were the seritonin was. then the brain takes a few days to put the seritonin back. If you do it before that happends you don't get as high for a long. people might build a tolorance to it but only if their doing it like 3 times a week.

E is pretty sweet i really recommend trying it, its not addictive and and so far i havnt encountered any negative health effects during my usage. just find a reliable dealer and youll be fine

MDMA is not known in nature, it is semi-synthetic since it can be synthesized from safrole which is found in nature. I also have to disagree with ecstasy tablets containing cocaine or heroin, this is very unlikely as both are impractical adulterants for ecstasy tablets. Just search ecstasydata.org for tablets containing cocaine or heroin, for cocaine there are 5 results and heroin 1 out of ~1,500 pills.

A few months ago I was doing ecstasy just about every other week and noticed the rolls were definately less intense, though increasing the dose may help I don't recommend it. The solution is just to take a break, for a month or maybe longer. With ecstasy (especially) the less you do it the better it is.
