But... I'm wondering if anyone knows of any company or person that provides neon lights or Christmas style lights. What I'm looking for is somthing in the shape of up yours finger or f-off or bugger off. Any help greatly appriciated.

I was thinking you could perhaps make the hand out of chicken wire, then wrap the lights around it. Maybe you could even get it so the finger flashes on and off.
