So I decided to join a gym. Not going to body building just going toddo general exercise and do alot of swimming. I am gonna start gently doing more swimming to get into better shape then do running and cycling.
But I get huge munchies and thats really not good especially as I just eat shit (not literally) when I get stoned. Thats not good when your trying to get into shape so what should I substitute fatty foods for that taste alright but wont effect my new regime?
