Hey gang! :D don't know how much this falls under growing information but it does give me a chance to vent  , after packing, loading, moving across town , and unloading a three bedroom house, camper, boat and yes my plants and grow room all in four days!!!! A total nightmare!! :stoned:
but.... no kidding its a part of moving that calls for a bit of thought. Not letting old landlord or new landlord or anyone else see your growing equipment as your packing and moving or as your unpacking. And transporting......out of a dozen or more trips back and forth the one time we are pulled over by the cops is the load with the plants(stashed under a big refrigerator cardboard box on the bottom of the load). seems we didn't cover the load with a tarp. Fortunately we slipped on by , not even a ticket, we were lucky. Not sure what the law is on moving your grow even being registered as a designated grower??? But I was sweatin it , it's only natural or habit to be nervous with the law :D
Anyhow, got moved have a mountain of arranging to do. but of course have to get the grow situated , :D don't want the girls to wither up !! :D
peace

Hey Bill!
Moving eh?!
Moving is good... fresh start. You'll see... your grow room will be much better than the last one.
Good for you that the cops didn't pull you over. Although, I wonder why the fuck did it had to happen with the load where you had your girls.... such is life.
Peace bro,

If your in Cali. I think you can transport only a half pound now...it used to be 2 pounds but something tells me it was more then either of those numbers.

I consider myself fortunate having not been popped and seems it has been a clean move, no tails and hopefully no one knows anything about the grow stuff. ( Not that I have any major grow going anyway just a few girls and I'm legal anyway ;) )
Discovered that my clones ate shit and that is really a drag but probably just gave me a badly needed excuse for failure ( My cloning ability hasn't been exactly noteworthy, they were doing poorly anyway . The few that I managed to get to root, that is. Also lost a few of the few seedlings that were about a month into veg.
The Good news....?? Only had one branch on one of my girls in flower break, didn't break any lights or have to leave any belongings behind and moved a ton of household stuff in an impossibly short period of time. I'm free , I got Bud and looks like a new leaf to me!! Can't bitch about much, wouldn't do any good if I did anyway. :D Was just alot of stress but everythings cool now
Zandor- hope I don't get robbed again either but I hadn't been to comfortable with those kids knowing the skinny anyway , now I don't need to worry about them , they are history . Thanks for the well wishes I will pass them on to my bro.
Thanks LW , turtle, J dogg :D :stoned: This is a way cool site , good folks , I appreciate it
Peace
Bill :D
Hello Bill :) Oh dear moving, I hate that it's just a real pain :( I did it a few times when I was married . However when I finally got rid of him I eventually managed to buy my own place, somewhere I could call home just for me and the kids :)
Anyway Bill I'm affraid growing has had to take a lesser place this weekend :o I spent most of yesterday fighting my way around the crowds in the shops with my daughter and sister in law. I've got quite a few work and Christmas parties coming up and I'm trying to find a new outfit or two to go in ;)
Didn't find anything at all so we are going out again today................blimey Bill it's busy out there this time of year :(
Never mind by this evening I'll be ready for a little quality time ...........just me and a few buds :)
Take care and see you soon ..........................love mand xxx :)

Take care

Wow, Z..... You done alot for me already, but I can't deny the fact that I could really use some clones. I will send you an E-mail, ok?
I have something I'd like to give you anyway. I'd say we might trade but I would rather you have it in the spirit of giving rather than bartering.
I'll send E-mail
Thanks

certainly wouldn't want to do that. ;) :p
Moving has seemingly been my curse in life  , the last decade especially. I have moved at least a dozen times that I can recall off the top of my head the last 10 years. Thought my relocating was finally over after my mum Passed awy four years ago, she had left the house to me and my brother. She always had told us she would and she had a will made out leaving the house to us but low and behold, right out of the woodwork comes my long lost STEP brother, who never even lived in the house and my mom had the house for 15 years before even meeting my later to be step father, but her will only had one witness signature and in California the law requires two witnesses sign it for it to be valid. Well My step brother decieved us first then sued us for a share of the house. well , he had a fancy lawyer and all and when it was all over he got 50% of the house and we had to sell it to give him his share  :cursing: . Go figure??? I have never been so disappointed in my life! :sadcrying It just left me totally flabbergasted! That was the only home I ever knew. already moved twice since then. So I truely know what you mean when you said you have got a place to call home and I know that means alot. Alot of people take that for granite, you don't impress me as the type that ever will, and I'm glad to hear you have a place to call home for youz and your kids. :)
Shopping????? Now thats another subject and I'm not the one(LMAO :D ). Don't do well in crowds either. Hope you find something to your liking , I'm sure whatever you choose will look great, with you wearing it it couldn't look any less than stunning, I'm sure!!
There ya go again talking about that quality time alone with a couple of buds!!! It just sounds nice, thats all :D wish I could join you
Merry Xmas
peace,
Bill :D
Hello Bill :) Well what typical rotten luck that sounds Bill :(
Mind you I like to think that it's the pitfalls and bad luck we have in the past that makes us stronger and better people for the future.
I remember when my marriage ( ) ended I was on my own with three kids in a really horrible rented house, with terrible neighbours. I felt bad, I blamed myself for the marriage failing, altough I know now that it wasn't my fault at all.
With no money at all and I was very close to having a nervous breakdown through the stress and worry of it all.
However that experience gave me the kick up the backside I needed to provide some secuirity for the kids and myself.
I set up market stalls, did flea markets and even ventured into the antique fairs, buying and selling anything I thought I could make money on ;)
Once I managed to buy this place and pay it off then I could relax, I managed to get a nice easy (well easy-ish ;) ) part time job.
Altough without my family I would have been "stuffed" for want of a better word :o
They helped me out when I was deaperate for cash and they all helped out with the kids when I was working a lot of the time.
I know going through those years has made me a much stronger person today :) .
Oh as for shopping, Iike a bit of shopping :) but when it's nice and quiet, at the moment it just seems like a fight to try and look around ...........so busy :(
Mind you I've still not found what I'm looking for, so we are going again this weekend :o
I can tell you Bill I'm in two minds not to bother going out, I'd much rather just have a quiet evening at home, with a couple of joints, a few glasses of vodka and a good film to watch...........much more my "cup of tea" ;)
Bye for now.........................love mand xxx :)
Hello Bill :) Just thought I'd drop a "Hello :) " on you're thread Bill as I haven't seen you around for ages.
Anyway love I hope that you have settled in to you're new place and have you got the new growroom set up ? ................... or was that the first thing to be done ;)
Hope you read this Bill .............................. love mand xxx :)

Thanks y'all for the good wishes. :D Just about muttled my way back to the surface for air , lol. Things are tight and to say what a pain in the ass would be an understatement. managed to keep some plants alive. Finally got the real stinky stuff to harvest but lacked the KB quality I thought it would have the way they stunk. They were Kush and not good yielders either. Have a couple stragglers left 3 of them I revegged from plants I had on my first grow and a couple other lil plants. Trying to get a scrog going for my next round. Don't really have as many starts as I had planned on starting with but what I have will have to do. :D
Had trouble with getting my cloner to work . Followed everyones post on the subject and could not figure out what I was doing wrong. Finally I discovered what it was I was using rubber tubes to hold the cuttings instead of plugs and the rooting chamber was loosing the humidity necessary through the tubes. I didn't have plugs so I put a cover over the cuttings for a lid and it has been doing much better and will work great when I get some plugs I'm sure. :D
Latewood- been using that Liquid Karma , man  and it has really been working well . have only had a few plants to try it on but the buds are way solid and good sized much more so than before.
Mand - Your a sweetheart and thank you for the hello. It is always nice to know someone has missed ya. I just posted on your thread , first one I posted to. :D
well guys I was down to needing a distributor to finish my Harley for way too long . Just been too broke to buy one but went to an old friends house and he just happen to have a brand new shiny Chrome Distributor for a 1969 shovel laying around and he gave it to me, I said HELL YEAH!!!  Just a short hair from being up on the road. She has so much compression I am going to have to tie sand bags on my ass to kick her over :D , lol Oh well , I think I will suffer through that lol
Happy New Year Everyone and Peace my friends, :D

Hello Bill :) I saw you're post on my journal "thingy" thread, it's called a "journal" but I reckon it's become a bit "self indulgent" ............ that kinda worries me :o
Anyway I don't mean to nag but I'll just repeat what I said on there, when you get you're bike on the road "be carefull" the roads can be very dangerous.

Hello GK :) I now it all sounds a little bit "mumsy" :o but I think Bill knows what I'm talking about ;)
Years ago I once went on the back of a motorbike and I can only describe it has "two hundred miles of sheer terror"
Even now just to see someone "zooming" along on one and weaving in and out of the traffic, it gives me "butterflies" in my stomach :o

Thanks Mand for the concern. I don't do much weaving in and out of traffic, thats how ya get hurt. I just like to mossy on along take it slow and watch out for the other guy. I find it kind of cool that you think about my well being .
Garden knowm- thanks for the congrats dud it was a nightmare moving . Hey those reveg I started awhile back have really flourished nicely and if anything the potency has improved but I used an additive this time with my normal 3 part gh nutes. really tightened up the buds. Just three plants but they are looking nice.
