Don't loose yourself. Happened to me just last week. Took some shrooms and started tripping, next thing I know I am at home in bed wondering where my shit (cellphone, wallet, bowl, pot) went and thinking about these crazy dreams I had where all the secrets of the universe were revealed to me, my friends and I were the only ones in existence and time was but a fabrication...the whole of my life was a car ride and I kept dying and being reborn as I screamed and spat and urinated on myself.
Then I remembered the 8th of mushrooms I ate and well...things sorta went down hill from there.

Be in a good mindset, its always a good idea to smoke some pot before you take them, and a little more right when u feel them kick in. Then you;re good...well i am atleast. just make sure u dont go anywhere your not confortable, and be wit people you like.
