muscle spasms

i've been having muscle spasms, i just had once 10 seconds ago!

it's hard to describe it, but it almost feels like something inside my arm!

umm...

what should i do?

Thats normal, it happens alot to me to and probably everyone else on this forum, sometimes when i get REAL high, my body will start freaking out and i cant control it, but ya its normal no worries :)

that happens to me sometimes, i think its cuz recently ive been getting no exercise, when i get high it relaxes and goes away

cannabis has muscle relaxing qualities so for muscle spasms the best wayu to take it is in food as the affects last a lot longer and wiil prevent seisures from occuring i suggest making some cookies and haveing one for breakfast you may not feel a stone but beleive me it will prevent this happening all day

i remember i used to get muscle spasms all da time after football season ended...muscle spasms suck...like you dont know what to do when it happens and it comes so randomly...

i recently broke my ankle during a football game. And i havent been walking, it's been like 8wks. So ever since everytime i have smoked i get muscle spasms in my whole left side it looks as if i need an exorcism. IT turns out i now have restless leg syndrom. FUCK..

muscle spasms are caused mostly by lack of potasium in mucle tissue.....eat bannanas..............no homo lol

yesterday i had the worst spasms ever. I thought i was gonna die, it was so bad i started to throw up... Then i found out my weed was laced... no wonder
