Does your weight effect how much it takes to get stoned?

my friend is quite the fatty and he seems to not get stoned as easily, he doesnt smoke often so his tolerance is low, but he knows how to inhale (at least he says he inhales properly), hes gotten high before so he knows how to inhale and what its like.

is it because hes so big, it takes more to get stoned? or is he just a bullshitter?

Not really. I know a kid who is 295(he's like 6'4" though and plays football) and he's a LIGHTWEIGHT. But I know most girls get stoned in about 1 or 2 hits of KB... so it varies, I guess. I'm 195 and it takes me 6 or 7 hits of KB to get stoned.

If he has a hard time getting stoned then his tolerance is not low. You can still have a high tolerance even if you don't smoke much. My friend only smokes it once a month and never in the summer, she was never big into weed and she needs about almost a gram to herself to get stoned.

Anyways, weight don't really have an effect on your buzz. Not from what I see with some people anyways.

ha im a good example i weigh 120 and it takes me at least 3 bowls to get stoned while acouple people i know who weigh like 200 get high off like 1 bowl and they are flyin

pretty sure it all comes down to tolerence which is just built up over time from toking and is not effected by bodyweight, etc

Yeah I don't think it matters. I'm 155lbs and one of my best smoking friends has to be about 250lbs but he gets stoned faster then I do. I'm a lightweight when it comes to smoking too.

You could say I don't smoke often, but I seem to be having a problem with tolerances!

My friend is about 6ft, weighs less than 8st, and gets fucked easily. I weigh 11st, about 5ft8, and don't get as fucked as he does. We smoke the same amount, and have been smoking for the same amount of time.

Maybe its the weight effect?

Well, as apparently, I'm bigger than anyone whose posted on this thread, here's my $.02

I'm a big guy. Go about 6'3", 330. I've been smoking pot since idk, 5, 6 years ago, but only in the past year have I been smoking fairly regularly. It takes me about half a gram to get stoned.

By the way, is that a lot or a little? It seems to take most of my friends more, but my friends are...well, let's say that I don't think my friends are a good sample to extrapolate what is normal about anything from.

I'm like 6'2" and weigh about 210 and it only takes a small bowl to get me stoned. I consider myself pretty lucky since it doesn't take much to get me high. However a lot of people call people with low tolerance "lightweight" like it's a bad thing or something. Shit I rather smoke a bowl and be fucked up rather than smoking 20 dollars worth the weed just to get a buzz. I say rock on lightweight and fuck the "heavyweights" :P

Dude, I'm fuckin 100 pounds and I could smoke a blunt by myself. I can smoke more than a normal person :thumbsup: I know people who are 270-300 pounds and they smoke less than me! I swear. I dont know if it's because I just absolutely love weed or what but I can smoke alot :stoned:
