DJ Short say's that strain does like a good NPK nutrient formula and good lighting.

Just use good water, good quality nutrients and proper lighting, air flow through the canopy of the plant and you will be fine.

I grow Blueberry and have for over a year now,I got my seeds from cannabis pro's(No longer in business,it's the original Blueberry! out of 10 seeds I kept the best female and have had a excellent supply of clones since!,I grew Blueberry along with several strains and it is true they seem to want some kind of extra special attention lol,but nothing seriouse, they can take a good dose of ferts and love the lights! 2000w worth hps hortilux bulbs.......she is a excellent stone, and truly smells like a blueberry patch lol, excellent for cloneing never had a blueberry cutting that never took! but did find that she produces a few seeds on her own! infact every harvest I get atleast 30 seeds out of the crop!.....I recommend Blueberry the buds when cured still have that dark purplish look!......good luck lets hope that #1 seed you bought turns out to be female! or you waisted your time....should have bought atleast 10! not just because alot will be male but because you want a selection of good females to choose from.

I heard BB is a little sensitive to over nuting.

Does blueberry normally come out with a purple-ish color to it or is that only when you apply low temperatures to stress the plant? I've seen pictures of blueberry where it didn't look in the least bit colored beyond green

Depends on phenotype, some pheno's don't totally change colors but most will have some purple in the stems. Also in the leafs and calyx's towards the end of flowering.Temp. does also bring the purp[le out big time so thats my 2 Braincells for ya.

It went like this for me ! out of 10 seeds I got several females,a couple of them had different traits then others, not all of the females were the same in colour!,some kinda had more green with a shade of puprle and one of the seeds the best female was deep in purple and had the best look, and was a monster to the rest of her sisters!.....the leaves are green! and the stems are a light puprle, and the bud itself is 80% purple with a light green throughout.....I never kept it for the purple trait but because she grew the best! ..........I'll post a picture of my blueberry in the next day or so,she is about 4th week into flowering from clone!...

Is this renowned stain as potent as they say? What about yeild ? This plant is on my most immediate short list...but i'm concerned as to whether it will produce any weight. I'm using a 400w HPS [hydro] , is this enough light? What sort of of weight can i expect per plant? All replies gratefully recieved!!!!

My opinion of BB is a mellow indica, indica light is what I jokingly call it sometimes. The flavor is the only reason I would grow straight BB.But I have a very high tolerance and perfer a powerful couchlock indica or a soaring sativa high.Or a hybrid of both. The BB is just not strong enough for me but taste is amazing.Blue Moonshine is the best blue strain I've smoked.

What is an average yeild in dry buddage for this plant...is it worth the trouble and electricity?
