Foliar spray to correct Iron chlorosis?

Anyone have a chemical 'recipe' for a good iron foliar spray? I've got a little chlorosis problem.
A quick Google search found a 5lb Iron sulfate/100 gal. water for woody plants.
Is this appropriate for my girls?
