I've got Dannon BlueBerry, Strawberry, and Cherry in my fridge. You're welcome to stop in, I mostly have them Friday through the early week. I've been thinking about having one all day. I usually eat three at a time, I toned down after I realized that eating six at one time was kind of a waste. I like eating just one.

Im a big tea blender/drinker. That one is now on my shopping list. Ill give it a try.
I used to grow all my own and blend them but my dog dstroyed the garden.
But we have some great shops locally where I can pick up some good variety.
Im fond of mixing fresh catnip buds with licorice root and a few drops of lemon.
Nice and relaxing.
Im drinking a nice warm milky chai with a dash of nutmeg right now.

catnip and licorice sounds great. and i really dont like chai tea...its too rich. i am also fond of teas for ailments. i used to whip up a mean damiana, rooibos, raspberry tea to enhance libido. i never tried it myself, but i was told that the damiana flavor was a bit overpowering (damiana isnt exactly for steeping).

i am most definetly not a fan of yogurt with fruit in it. the fruit tends to be slimey and oily instead of fresh. and besides, the fruit has been processed mso much that there is nearly no nutritional value. so i like my plain, smooth, yogurt without fruit, even if it is fresh.

It was my mother who got me into it. She is a natural healer and blends her own healing herbal remedies. I learned some from her, enjoyed it so much I experimented with many remedies myself. Im the guy my friends come to when they are sick for some nasty tea.
Im not familliar with damiana. I like strong flavours, however right now an enhanced libido is not what I need. ;)
