If they can prove that he was behind the abuse I do believe he will be in for some shit.

"Mr Wilkerson said that in an internal administration debate over whether to abide by the Geneva conventions in the treatment of detainees, Mr Cheney led the argument "that essentially wanted to do away with all restrictions"."

Nothing to hang him on but it does show intent.

"Asked whether the vice-president was guilty of a war crime, Mr Wilkerson replied: "Well, that's an interesting question - it was certainly a domestic crime to advocate terror and I would suspect that it is ... an international crime as well." In the context of other remarks it appeared he was using the word "terror" to apply to the systematic abuse of prisoners."

This is what gets me a little. Does the word "terror" fit into their realm as far as prisoner abuse. I wonder how they have this worded? Being an international law, I can't imagine MOST of these countries agreeing to wording that would support prisoner abuse as being a terrorist act.

Bottom line, I don't think that history is going to show a vary favorable light on Cheney! If he was behind prisoner abuse, or falsifying intellegence reports, the Dems will want his head....and rightly so! Time will tell.

I personally would like to see him boiled then we could make soap with all the fat from his head for the rest of the neocons to try wash their nasty little bodies clean....
