Drug talk at college.

Next week we are having a talk on drugs at college. If the talker starts going on about how bad cannabis is for you and they start lieing about any part of using cannabis I'm gonna put them straight on a couple of points. If they start saying smokings is bad I will mention vapourising so that they cant use that against it. If they start going on about it leading to harder drugs I am going to say that since Holland decrimalised cannabis rates of hard drug use have gone down.

I am going to say other things but has any one have any other ideas?

I doubt they will be bashing weed at a college campus. College communities, even the administration, are pretty liberal for the mostpart.

I never sat through anything anti-MJ at uni. My freshman year there was a large lecture on the dangers of MDMA use but that's about it.

Personally, I think trying to argue with a speaker if it does start going south is the wrong thing to do. Unless you're prepared with what you're going to say and can do it without making an ass of yourself it might do more harm than good.

I think it would say more for you and your posse to just get up and leave. Inform the speaker why you are leaving so everyone knows. Tell them you won't sit through a propaganda-filled sermon and are only interested in facts. That'll go a long way.
