I hate paranoia

Well todayw as my third time smoking. I got high, I still have about 1 gram of good stuff. I didn't know it was good stuff until I started reading (very crystally, red hairs, fluffy) But I can't take the paranoia. It's a fuckign buzz kill. I felt so good but it just brought me down. Is it normal for a high to be about 3 hours? Cause the other times were for about 1 hour. Anyways, what can I do tog et rid of paranoia?

yea, that was some really good stuff you were smoking. get somemore. the best way to aviod paranoia is to get to a comfortable setting or just keep telling yourself that statistically there is a %80 chance that any stramger you encounter doesnt care if you smoke or not and has probably smoked themselves. its probably not the most reliable statistic but it works for me.

the more you do it the less your parnoia will be i use to get so paranoid when i first got high but now i dont have a care in the world i talk to my mom face to face stoned all the time but when i first did i was so paranoid i wouldnt talk to her over the phone. Listening to calm music may help, like some Pink Floyd. I like deep purple while high also. I hear Bob Marleys good to. If you do it with a couple of friends it will help. Hope this helps.
