I'd say that anywhere can have the best weed, but California is known for having some of the best bud!!!! With all the med. clubs and growers in cali, theres an unlimited supply of extremely good bud.

Dude, florida does not have the best weed. Ever been to British Columbia? Didn't think so. Ever been to Maine? Probably not. I would also bet you've never been to wisconsin. As long as it is getting as many lumens as possible, between 75ºF to 85ºF has optimal humidity and proper CO2 and airflow and kept free of male pollen (sinsemella) it does'nt matter if it's grown in a shitbrick hut.
