If passed, possession would be punishable by a maximum of 10 years' imprisonment, a $200,000 fine, or both. its inevitable by default, which only leaves us to do what we can to help this sacred plant propagate before its too late. in about 3-5 it might really be criminalized nationally, but you never know, those fools in denver r high as fukk right now

I've done both the plain leaves and the various extracts on numerous occasions. While you SHOULD have a sitter present until you know how you will react,it isn't the big scary monster the media would have you beleive.YES,it is 1 of the most intense trips you can get from a natural herb, but the shortnes of the trip duration alone makes it unlikely you will experience any kind of a serious or permanent mental impairment. It scares the crap out of some people, but it only lasts a few minutes.More likely to suffer mental or physical injury from a scary roller coaster ride at 6 flags. The trip is much shorter than most roller coaster rides.DMT gives a fear-inducing trip of this magnitude and the trip lasts MUCH longer than salvia.Yet there are MANY DMT bearing plants, seeds and herbs freely available on the net.

You know, the Government has to clean up the place before they can legalize Herb.

Sounds good, right?

Personally, I think Salvia is a pretty strange and intense experience that doesn't deserve near the attention it is getting. It has been the users, namely teenage kids these days, that have been "criminalizing" salvia. The government is only responding. Several times have I read on this board about people "dealing" salvia. Blame the fucktards making a quick buck. That's where it started.
