They're all going to be jaw-dropping. The 360 has a lot more potential now. Not from the power of the console, but the game-titles they're receiving this time is definitely going to blow your mind. As for the PS3...it's fucking Sony. It'll knock your socks off. Unfortunately, I feel the Revolution is going to be the least productive this time around. Nintendo didn't want to release another console after the gamecube, but obviously they made the decision to and I think it's going to backfire. Can you turn on the console from the remote of the Revolution? I've always been pretty good with controlling the characters with the D-Pad or joysticks, but my mother who jumps and turns with Princess Toadstool on Mario Kart - I'm sure she'll appreciate it.

Yes, the revoloution controler can turn on and off the system. That makes it easyer for me then Lol. I like the idea that the way you move effects the way the character moves in the game. That will really make for some interesting gameplay.

Well that is the way you see it. Final Fantasy is one of the biggest games going. It really isn't a 6 year old game. I personaly don't care for the FF series, but their has to be something to it if it goes from FF:1 to 12 plus other releases. Mario, I only really play that when I'm bored or something. I was never really big on him. Zelda, I always enjoyed. I like the game more for the storyline then anything else I think.

You can not really say PS3 owns already...cuz well, what can it own at? As far as I know PS3 isn't putting out anything new, only a connection to PSP (which is a rip from the game connection Nintendo put out for GC) and some better graphics...about fucking time if you ask me. All you people who love PS2, tell how can you say the graphics are wicked when most of the characters have block hands...yea very realistic...PS3 isn't going to have nothing majorly new about it. It will be the same as PS2 only minor changes.

what games can you dismember a model and see his brains? what games permit you to blow up anything from the earth to the trees to the buildings and models? what games can you use anything you can see? climb any fence, ladder, tree, or otherwise "thing" with anything you could realistically grip?

XBOX 360 IS compatable with regular XBox Games as long as you have the Hard Drive add-on. So, in otherwords, if you bought the $300 Core version, unless you shell out another 100 bucks for the detachable hard drive, you aren't going to be able to play regular xbox games. You might as well just go with the 400 dollar version that includes the detachable hard drive, and get a headset and wireless controller with it. As for the first 3d game... Super Mario 64 was the first true 3D game (a total 3D world)... as for games that can be considered "3D"... It wasn't Doom or Sonic 3D as the first one... If my mind serves me correctly it would be Wolfenstein 3D....

I get what your saying cuz I said it two BUT the a and b buttons on the bottom and not ment for the new games of revoloution but for the classic games from NES. You are able to DL the old games and play them. With the remote all you have to do is turn it to the side and use the D pad to move and the a/b are the old classic buttons. I'm going to try and say classic a lot now...

You see this is how Nintendo is breaking through the remote barrier. Everything is done by YOUR movments. You swing your arm you can swing the sword in the game. Their is an A and B botton that is used for things that you can not do physicaly. Shooting would be done my pressing the B button which is placed on the back of the remote much like how the Z was place for N64. Their are more then enough bottons for the system...PS series and the Xboxs series have to many buttons and that makes people think that you need many buttons to play a game.

i like the snes and nes cause they are great games, and i can play them stoned (i get lost playing anything more complicated)

other then nes, snes, and atari, im a playstation man...the old sega games are pretty cool...but sony makes some great rpgs...

i heard they were changing the concept of final fantasy...i think the makers of that are definantly going in the wrong direction...the new final fantasy 10 was VERY short (compared to others) and the makeup was simple...sure, it had good graphics, but thats definantly not everything...FF7 is still my favorite, and that is for the playstation...made many years ago...
