Dagger Records is coming out with the "Isle of Fenharm" concert, Jimi Hendrix's last concert. He did play at a night club a few nights later, but only as a guest, and the club was so small, it was considered "Ronnie Scott's House".
Anyway, I have this concert but the quality isn't good. I can't wait to hear the remastered concert done by Eddie Kramer (Jimi's engineer (favorite) when he was alive). Anyways, the concert is amazing.
In Freedom, he plays an octave on the guitar that is lightning-fast, in one of the bridges. When I heard it, my head spun around... No one can play guitar like "the Man, himself" and you have to hear this concert for me to prove it. He would've evolved into another Mozart or Beethoven. The whole face of Music would've been changed had he not been murdered.
