i usually smoke a couple bowls before i go out to the bus. it makes me bump to my music more, and gives me a hell of a wakeup call with some beats and some good stimulation. i usually come down and get tired as shit by 1st period, too.

my high is gone by the time i actually get to school, after the 45 minute bus ride. i'm usually just kind've chilled, coming down afterwards. it's real interesting talking to my english teacher, too. an attractive 23 year old.

Going to school blazed as shit is pretty cool, especially if you have class with your friends. Coming down kinda sucks though. Your all like, 'fuck this sucks'. Having a dickhead teacher makes it even worse.

All of my teachers don't give a shit if I fall asleep. I haven't gone to school blazed for a long tree, but last time I did my first period teacher kept asking why it smelled like hot dogs in the classroom (lol he thinks weed smells like hot dogs lmfao). That was last year, though. Haven't had the pleasure this time around.

I wanted to try it for the longest time but a few things have been stoping me. My friends that I hang out with in school...they are somewhat a no weed kidd people. Its not that I wouldn't smoke then hang around with them, cuz they know I smoke, but it would be weird. I think it would kill my buzz for me. Besides that I want to do it with someone I know. I havn't yet found someone who would even dear try it. My old best friend would have but she stoped smoking...:(. But I figure one day at rescess or lunch I'll go out in the little woods and smoke a joint or something. I might skip off the first class if I do it at rescess. I donno yet, I got to get it planed out first. Got to pick the right day with the right subjects.

yea, most of the shit they teach in school is BS, and you won't need it in the real world (im still waitin to use all that geometry / trig / calc shit), and alot of the history class is straight lies.. but ya do need to get through it, just for the paper... sorry but ya live in a shitty world and if ya wanna make it ya gotta play the game folks

im the only one of my high school friends that went to college, a couple others graduated, most of them dropped out... even alot of what they make ya take in college won't be applicable to what you end up doin... again it's all about the paper, the better you look on paper, the more scratch you make when you get a real job

all my old friends are working in shitty jobs for minimum wage now, falling into debt while desperatly trying to support thier kids.... FUCK THAT... at least all my debt is school related, and by the time (if ever) i have any kids i will be making enough to actually support a family

not to say i didnt smoke alot in high school, just not in school, did all my homework/study on the way to school in the bus, did just fine :D

in college there were SOME classes i would go to high, only the ones that i could go to high and still be productive, like spanish, oceanography, philosophy, etc... basically all of em but the highly logic based science and math :P lol... now that i am workin on a masters degree i only smoke at night, once im done with everything for the day

I go to school high everyday. I'll even smoke a bowl or two during lunch. It's always good, French in crazy because it's more social and you do things with other people than sitting at a desk doing paper-work. I had to do a skit with 3 other people, and it had to be all in French, I went so blazed, it was so funny. :)

sure there are some fields that require college that don't pay shit.. teachers are one, any branch of public service is another. there are also LOTS of fields that require college that pay alot more than $30/hour. its not just for doctors or lawyers. i was in recreation management at my last school, and we got a minimum of $100/hr for the group programs we would run.. minimum group was 10 people, only 1 person needed to run the program.. any more and we would get a couple ppl together to run it and split it up.

ya gotta consider everything like longevity, job security, etc... and decide whats right for you personally.

while school is definately not for everyone, and requires some BS classes that you won't use in the real world, it is still far from being a waste of time.

it CAN be a waste of time, if ya pay all that money to go and end up partying too much and failing out... then it's a HUGE waste of time lol. again, it's not for everyone... but it can benefit anyone who wants to go.

my dad has just been promoted to the head of his area.. which is basically the whole state where he works. if he had a degree, in anything completely unrelated to what he actually does, it could be basket weaving or political science or game boy, he would have got that promotion years ago, just for looking better on paper. it's all about the paper, shitty, but true.

At this point I am still fiinishing School and a job does not fit into my life right now. I am going off to college (thank you I did notice you corrected me, I wasn't sure on the spelling ^.^) next year, but some of the jobs that I could get is hard to get into. Even when I'm done my schooling I may not get a job at what I want to do. You make many good points, most at which I already knew, but I still feel that I have a better change securing my life out west were I am just about garentieed a decent job with good pay and a good raise amount. Not that I still won't try to do my schooling, but it is my fall back plan and it will provide for me better.

well lemme just say (somethin thats obvious :D ) don't put all your eggs in one basket, and remember, the pay rate is higher out here because the cost of living is alot higher :D

and there are plenty of high paying jobs that still suck ass to get up and go to every morning, i have done a few of em ;)

even if ya don't know what to study, i recommend school... i went thru 3 majors when i was an undergrad, and now im technically on my 4th, since my masters degree now has nothin to do with the other stuff i studied before, but now i have working experience in 3 other fields :thumbsup:
