does anyone know of any underdeveloped, remote, or developing countries that don't have access to marijuana, or have cannabis plants growing as a crop in their land? i was just curious.

Some small islands with uncivilized people that live there, like old tribes and shit that don't have access to it.

My post was just a cheap short at Wales. Its a hobby in England. Apparantly Candiff (in Wales) has the most polluted hash you can get in the UK and goes for about a tenner an ounce.
