I posted it a while ago, I believe it's a fake.. if it was a deformed baby or something, it must have been edited, as it snorts a fat line of charlie. lol :D

Yeah it is.

Protected under the 2nd ammendment or some shit. They have to put "Extremely Graphic!" next to the graphic videos/pictures 'cause some German pussies decided to complain, so yeh it's all legal, they say so on the homepage.

On the site it says "Can you handle life?" which is pretty true, it depicts what goes on in the world everyday, all car accidents and injuries and deaths and everything, lol
