london help, paddington to camden time frame

hello, any londoners here who can help me, I was wondering, how long it would take from Paddington Station to hop a taxi, to Camden, then from camden back to Kensington high street, could I do it in an hour and half??

I don't know, sorry, but maybe some people will respond if you tell what you're planning, like the way you worded it, it sounds like you want to go to Camden, then get the taxi straight back, it would depend how long you were going to stay in Camden for before you got a taxi back. :)
