i was trying to figure out why some people find it so incredibly hard to give up weed, and some people find it so easy. could it be that alot of us are getting weed laced with tobacco, causing the "irritability, headaches, anxiety, cognitive disturbances and sleep disruption"? i really dont think plain old weed should have withdrawal effects.

I think its more of when you start smoking weed your whole mindset changes and everythign becomes cooler when your high. so like giving that up would be a a horrible sacrifice and whats the point of giving up weed i wanna smoke forever.

nicotine;
It also increases the heart rate and blood pressure and reduces the appetite. In large doses it may cause vomiting and nausea.
In addition, nicotine increases dopamine levels in the reward circuits of the brain. Studies have shown that smoking tobacco inhibits monoamine oxidase (MAO), an enzyme responsible for breaking down monoaminergic neurotransmitters such as dopamine, in the brain. It is currently believed that nicotine by itself does not inhibit the production of monoamine oxidase (MAO), but that other ingredients in inhaled tobacco smoke are believed to be responsible for this activity. In this way, it generates feelings of pleasure. This reaction is similar to that caused by cocaine and heroin, and is another reason people keep smoking: to sustain high dopamine levels.
It has been noted that the majority of people diagnosed with schizophrenia smoke tobacco. Estimates for the number of schizophrenics that smoke range from 75% to 90%.
why do you think random people are having panic attacks? why do you think people's heart rates sometimes skyrocket? why do you think these people are suddenly not hungry, and instead want to vomit? why do you think weed has been coorelated with schizophrenia? its not the weed, its fucking tobacco in the weed.
no wonder its so hard to quit.

WTF are you talking about.
1. You would see the tabacoo clear as day because it looks nothing like weed.
2. It would taste different and the smoke is different.
3. Youd need to be smoking more then once a day to get addicted.

no wonder its so hard to quit.thats pretty extreme seriously i dont think tobacco causes schizophrenia lol. theres nothing wrong with a bit of baccy, im not addicted majorly and ive smoked with it straight for 2 years(with weed, never without) and raised heart rates + vomiting can be caused by weed pretty easy in high amounts/new users, dont be so ignorant

your just trying to find excuses for your shitty feeling, but i tell ya thats how you always feel but you only notice it after youve smoked weed because you have that great feeling to compare your shitty sober self with. o yeah and the weed isnt laced with tobacco thats one of the most ludacris things ive heard on this board

bullshit, weed can quite easily make you feel like shit, from the ditchweed to the premo u can still end up feeling like shit after so its not good to get into that frame of mind as itd be a quite bad psychological addiction.
and of course weed isnt laced with tobacco, what i think(and hope) he meant was people mixing it with tobacco in a joint, which does happen alot..
