Best Way Of Cutting Resin Block HELP!!!

Alrite guys and girls, just wondering if you could give me your advice and expertise. Lets just hypothetically say i have a fair quantity of cannabis resin in my possession that i need to cut into more manageble chunks....say 1/4s.

Whats the best way to do this? Ive heard techniques like sticking it in the microwave for 10 secs then cutting with a hot knife....also heard sealing it in a plastic bag then chucking it in a kettle to boil before cutting it would work.

Do any of you people know what the best way is, coz i cant afford to burn or lose this lot.

y cut it up jus smoke it as one big spot, ul love it

what ever you do don`t microwave it!!!! hot knive ...maybe... try puttin in the oven for very short time then really sturdy sharp knife

When i had alot of hash, or my borther did, we stuck it in the microwave for like to 10 secs, while heating a knife up under the grill of our cooker, waitied untill it was hot took hash outta microwave (usually about 6 or 7 secs) then cut though with a hot knife, using a towel not to burn our hands pushing down on it.

Or just put it in a thick bag, and smash it agaisnt a wall. Works fine... aslong as the bag dont split.

put it on radiator untill u can bend it it becums soft cut it in 1oz blocks then u can cut it smaller i do hole soapbar in 1 go good hash is not hard radiator is best tryed all other ways proven

To cut it up, why don't you buy Razor Blades? They're super sharp... You can hold them with some Vise-Grips (or pliers) and cut it up...

I mean, I know I've cut all sorts of stuff with Razor Blades... if you're carefull with them, you can cut up almost anything!

***DO NOT MICROWAVE - HARMFUL TO THC!****

wrap block in tinfoil and steam it - put it between two plates *the top one inverted to seal it in there) on top of a saucepan of water on the stove. leave it there for 45mins while the water is simmering. the heat from the steam softens the block evenly, making for more accurate cutting. use a hot knife to chop and mark the block into Os in advance so you can chop as soon as its ready - act fast before it cools.
