Laced Weed?

So, i don't smoke often, but last night a friend of mine got some ganja from some guy here on campus, spent 40$ for 1/8th (the guy said it was 'Fire', i know nothing about various strands, so yeah). So, we pack his hookah with half jasmin shisha and half weed (about 1 big bud). We're sitting there, smoking, and i immediatly notice that the high is very very different. Im getting slight headspins, very dizzy, etc. That passes after about 10 minutes, but still not feeling too hot, i decide to get some air. Im leaning on the balcony and i notice that my heart is going fucking off the wall, i get my stopwatch out and get it at 190 bpm. I figure it will pass, but after about 10 more minutes of this, my extremities are getting numb, and i can barely stand. I sit down and decide that calling an ambulance would be in good order. Around this time another friend in there comes out, leans on nthe balcony, throws up a few times, then goes back home (where he throws up about 4 more times, and passes out on the floor, unable to move for about 2 hours). I goto the hospital, and after 3 hours everything seems to have calmed down. It hadn't ben long enough to identify any other compunds (or the weed) with the drug test, but obviously it was laced with something (the guy that bought it wound up passing out on the living room floor, also unable to move). So, any thoughs as to what this might be? There don't seem to be any aftereffects other than fatigue and the usual post high slowness (at least i hope its just that). My guess is rock. But does anyone know if these insecticides produce similr effects?

I don't think crack would do that to you.. but i may be wrong.

I was going to say PCP but i do believe you hallucinate on it, so probably not.

Maybe it was just excellent weed, and just fucked the lot of you over, more than you could handle! :D

I doubt it, the shit was dry as all fuck, didn't seem that high grade. Does weed numb your tounge if you eat the buds?

some ppl when bringing in large shipments of weed spray the weed to keep down smell this could cause unneccassary effects

sound like pcp to me.just for kicks you can drop some with a dropper on a bud and that will happen.even one drop is too much.sounds like you need to talk to guy who sold it to you.when your on that shit you cant move and you throw up especially if you aint expecting it.personally i would go and buy some fire and get twisted.

Maybe it was coke, as it numbs your gums when rubbed on, and crack numbs the mouth when smoked.. so maybe, just maybe.

dude..rarely will weed be laced with crack or pcp. I mean it happens but more likely it was sprayed with something.

In the DC area I knew that some ghetto weed would be laced with hairspray or some other shit like air freshener..either to cover up the smell to throw off dogs or cops or purposely try and fuck with people.

it sounds like you were having a reaction to some chemical..and NOT incesticides. Most growers don't use that.

Yeah, it wasn't PCP, PCP makes you trip, badly. I got shitted with a bag of laced pot before and it was PCP, worst experiance ever, didn't get sick or anything, just saw a lot of bad things that scared me.

Well, i'm looking into it but maybe special k? I'm not sure, I don't know the effects of it but from some readings there's a slight possibility it coulda been laced with that? Coke usually wouldn't fuck you up that bad smoked.

Yeah, I'm also doubting PCP. I suppose a hairspray or odor suppressant could have caused the heartrate, and being this tired. Its pretty damned shitty to sell laced weed without informing the buyer.

It wouldn't be PCP or crack or coke or whatever. Dealers don't put in much more expensive drugs in a bag of pot, sell it for the same price, just for kicks. You know how expensive PCP or coke is? Someone putting that in is just giving away their money. "Here, I'll throw in $30 worth of coke, for free, so you can get fucked up"

OR, you bit off more than you could chew. I seen newbs throw up after smoking weed, I've even seen a person go into a seziure before. Not laced weed, too much, too fast, bad trip. Take it slower next time ;)

It's probably chemicals, I don't see why people would lace weed they sold normally cause what they lace it with costs money... I wouldn't waste money on other people...

hehe, yeah, thats a great idea. I know it wasn't K, k dosen't get your heart rate up like that...then again, i've never smoked k, but the effects wouldn't be that drastically different from snorting.

Im just going to guess hairspray or odor suppressant or somesuch. At least no permanat damage was done
