My ppm of water before nutes is 24. Do i need Calmag???? I've heard of Vitamin B-1. Anyone ever use this??

If you use RO water then yes you need CalMag Plus. The RO process removes minerals found in water the plant still needs.

I give CalMag Plus :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I'm using 3-part flora series, floralicious grow, bloom and plus. Would B-1 work with these nutes? Can anyone recommend where i can get B-1 so i know i get the right stuff? I saw some Vitamin B-1 at hopot and was wondering if that would be it? It was in liquid form.

I'm not shure about the homedepot. I ordered B-52 from discount hydro when I got my GH 3 part, some bud blood and some big bud and of coarse calmag plus. You got it going on I don't see why B-52 won't work in well.

The western states brand (or what ever it's called) from HD is fine. I just picked up a gallon for less then 4 bucks. It's just a supplement and not a full nutrient program. Save the money and pick up some cheap B1.

Superthrive is Bvitamins and hormones

LiquidKarma would be your best bet, and it has many beneficial ingredients(it is organic, so you can't use any oxides in res, but this is no problem),imho...
It has B vits, Hormone, (this is alll for stress), this product contains humic/fulvic acid, it's just great

I also have Advanced Nutrients B-52...same thing, good stuff
...just about any professional B product will work, just remember, less is best
at first...lw

I have so many additives now that i am not sure how or if their would be a good way to add nutes to the water. Should i add N-P-K check Ph then add all other supplements? Or should i add everything then check for Ph? It is day 13 in veg from clone. Like i said i'm using three part flora series N-P-K, floralicious grow, floralicious plus, cal-mag and B-1. Anyone have any suggestions on how i should go about mixing nutes?

Well this is what i did. I drained and added fresh water. Added floramicro, let run for a bit, then floragro and then florabloom. Adjusted Ph, with a dropper, to the best that i could, i'm waiting on a new electrode for my pen. Then added floralicious grow and plus. Next was the cal-mag and finally b-1. What sucks is that once i finished mixing the nutes and was getting ready to put them back under their lights so they can start growing again, talk about a run on sentence, I noticed a leak!!! I thought, FUCK! So since i have two systems i had to uproot six aspiring ladies :( to transplant and take a time out to reseal the drain plug. But luckily for me tomorrow is another day and i can get some sealer to fix my prob. And since i have had a 100% clone rate so far, i'll be good this time next week. My problem is not getting these ladies to grow but getting them to produce flowers, i've had trouble. So here i am on 13 days of veg and i'm hoping this time i will be successfull. My first couple grows with soil went so well that now with Hydro i am determined to see results! I know with the help from all you here i can do it. Pics are from today. Happy Growin!!!!!!!!1

Oh yeah and i almost forgot. When i measured for ppm, the ppm read ppt @1.45. Has anyone know what it means? I looked in the manual and it didn't say anything about it. Thanks ahead...

Hey puff, I don't think you need to use Floralicous grow and bloom with the new "plus" product. Plus is really the new improved version of grow and bloom. It might not hurt, but it may be overkill. I know by experience that too much is worse than not enough. I don't really like Floralicous grow and bloom. It contains a lot of organic supplements that made my reservoir stinky and volatile. You only need one teaspoon of Plus as compared to 5-10 ml per gallon of grow and bloom. It may work well for you though. Just a thought.

SC: I'm using half and half of the grow and plus. I can't take it back and i don't just want to throw it away, so i'm putting it to use.

As for Calmag, that stuff is good! Pic one is of three days ago with a diffeciency of calcium and magnesium. Pic two is today. Big difference if you ask me. I'm on the right track with nutes. Now i just got to wait to get a Co2 injection system. Does anyone think i should start flowering? Or should i wait six days till i get a Co2 inj system? They are on day 16 of veg. From cuttings.
