View Full Version : CFM's Needed To Exhaust Air Cooled Light Kit

I'm trying to find out how many cfm's will be needed to properly exhaust a 400 watt HydroFarm DayStar AC Reflector and a 1000 watt HydroFarm DayStar AC Reflector. I'm personally thinking I'll need 265CFM's to exhaust the 400 watt kit and 465CFM's to exhaust the 1000 watt kit. Your opinions would be helpful. Thank you.

Someone here has to have a DayStar AC reflector don't they?

I was going to get a Daystar but now I see Sunlight Supply has a Super Sun 2 that has 6" flanges on the ends. Thanks for the tip on Hydrowarehouse.
