Ok, ive read all these posts by people claiming they know what "drugs" are and what they are doing to your body when you trip. and mostly everyone has stated that it affects some part of your brain, and what it does is enhances everything to the point you see shit. this, is bullshit. HOWEVER, this is true with herb. it hightens your perception of the world around you. allowing you to make complex thought as easy as moving a finger. or just slipping off into the void of happiness. BUT, when it comes to things like mushrooms and acid. Its quite different. The chemicals it these substances deaden the receptors in your brain. (i use the term "receptors lightly. i mean the synapses between nervs are slowed down) this causes your mind to begin to disregard whatever it is that its seeing. Basically, its like an open canvas for you mind. or more specifically, you subconcious. it feeds off the information that has been stored there and presents it in a visual manner, like dreamin. if you mind finds a pink elephant, thats what you will see.

dude, get your shit straight. shrooms do connetc to specific receptors in your brain whic cause a change in perception, as well as causing a slowed or deadened reaction in the synapses of your auditory and visual lobes... salvia, also connects to certain receptors (it is unknown which receptors salvia connects too tho). Acid, god only knows... i say its cuz it eats your brain/
Pot also connects to receptors, but they are in a completely different area of your brain, therefore giving a diff "high"

i forgot to add that there is no perminate damage caused to your brain by either mushrooms acid or weed. the only effect is caused by the mushroom and acid, and it had to do with your eyes. since they are so extremely dialated, they risk begin damaged by sunlight.

Mushrooms are probably better for you than Acid or Weed, physically. I know mushrooms are poision but personally, if I had an ounce of shrooms they'd last me about a month. I don't know what it is about them, but I just don't feel like doing mushrooms like I smoke weed. It's like a natural defense system against overdoing it. Also with shrooms, they're natural unlike acid; they also don't fuck your lungs up. But that's just my opinon.
