I'm a Taurus, so I get along very well with capricorns. At least when my determined Fixed sign qualities don't conflict with the stubborness of the typical capricorn.
"Fixed" means I'm not cardinal or mutable. Every third sign of the zodiac is fixed, cardinal or mutable.

Newspaper horoscopes are what I like to call "pop-astrology." They're horoscopes written for entertainment and are not accurate because they don't look at an individuals entire birth chart, just their sun sign. For example, my sun sign is taurus because my birth day falls between April 20 and may 20, but my moon sign is Virgo because my birthday is on the 27th. Pop-astrologers lump all taurus, all pisces, all libra etc. together, thus, the horoscopes in the newspaper and in magazines are pretty much just entertainment.
"Astrology and You" by Carrol Righter is a great book. I love to get stoned before going to school and read that book instead of doing school-work. :stoned:

With the way most horoscopes go, they could have said ANYTHING and since you have a preconcieved notion that horoscopes work, you would have found some way to tie it in.

When you read your horoscope in the paper, they are usualy so general that it can be related to anything. My friends and I use to read our horoscopes while we were stoned on this one website all the time in the summer, and we found for the most part that it was kidda true. Sometimes very out of it but whatever lol.

Its not completely bullshit. Astrology seems to be correct too many times just to be completely made-up, but trusting everything to it is stupid.
