best way to get CLEAN

i dont mean for a little while i have unscheduled drug test and im just wondering if theres anything i can do to like completely flush out my system not just make me clean for a few hours? please all input is helpful. so basically how can i cleanse my system?

Anyway, Customx, or Jshaw too,
Maybe a detox company makes a certain type of Jello, that wouldn't surprise
me. Some people believe fasting is a quicker way to DETOX your body, or
maybe just eating some jello.

Although THC is fat soluable, make sure you drink plenty of water throughout
the cleansing process. Staying hydrated will allow your body to flush out the
toxins regardless of how they're being stored. Exercise will also help, I would
recommend some jogging or running or skiing or swimming, but drinking fluids
(mainly water and gatorade) will help with the cleansing. :)

If you are surprised with a piss test in just a couple of hours or even 30
minutes or so, definitely start chugging as much water as you can, maybe
even pee once before the test. You'll want to be drinking more water while
you pee so your urine would be clear and diluted to not give a positive result.
Vitamin B will help add some color to your diluted urine.

take 2-3 niacin pills each day ebetween now and the test. exercise a lot and drink lots of water, cranberry juice and green tea. worked for my friends many times. nvr had to try it myself tho.

My good friend has done this several times. You can buy these over the counter they are Called AZO, they are for urinary tract infections. Take them about two days before the piss test..they clean you out completley..you will piss metallic orange. just make sure you drink lots of water. The reason you take it a few days before is because if you walk in there completley clean of everything...the drug testing facility will know something is up.

Also, 1tbl spoon of vinegar (white) mix with 1 8 oz glass of water. drink..drink water..lots of it...repeat the water and vinegar a couple of times. Take some niacin, drink more water..take you piss test. My friend got a call from an employer for a job. She had just smoked that day. she delayed the urine test until the next day. she did it and passed her test. other people i know have done the same thing.

not everyone has the luxury of waiting for their body to clear naturally. ive got a few days. i also have takin the AZO and surely it does something if it makes your piss have a very non-natural reddish color and makes your eyes red too!
