Sprouting

im new to growing and i need help on gettin stuff to sprout i have tried 2 times and nothin has came up and im pissed and i know i must be doing something wrong. any tips on how to start a plant? please help

stick seed in potting siol,,,,water it,,,,set in window
wait a few days

get some potting soil and put them in 2 gallon containers push ur finger into the dirt about 1/2 inch put the seed in the dirt make sure the seed is a good one them cover it up and water the shit out of it for about a week and if you can put them in straight sun but make sure to keep them wet til they sprout later bro and good luck

even a wet paper towl in the dark works, just dont forget about it and let them dry out, once they dry out its too late.
